Background
Rosewood Capital was founded in 1985 and raised its first Fund, Rosewood Capital, L.P., in 1985. Since then, the firm has raised four additional Funds and currently has approximately $600 million under management. Rosewood Capital invests in expansion-stage growth companies, primarily in the consumer, retail and business & financial services sectors.
